Our guests have access to the entire 9 acre estate, which includes the honeymoon cottage for the couple, entire farmhouse for guests, the barn and ceremony site. We include all of the necessary benches for your guests at the ceremony site. For the reception, we include tables & chairs as well as china, flatware & glassware. Our on-site manager is available throughout the entirety of your event.
We do not offer catering. Choose from our list of preferred vendors to provide everything you will need. We do offer a full bar that can be customized to your liking and budget.
We do not require the use of our preferred vendors.
Our barn can hold up to parties of 200 but we recommend keeping it under 180.
The barn is fully heated.
We have 3 bathrooms in the barn with one being wheelchair accessible.
Our Farmhouse can accommodate approximately 35 guests. See our Farmhouse layout under to best understand how your loved ones will share the farmhouse.
All kitchens include items to cook, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, and dishes. No laundry on site. We do have hairdryers, steamers, irons, bedding, and towels.
We have a private honeymoon cottage on the property separate from the farmhouse.

Rangeley requires all amplified music to end at the barn at 10:30PM.
Yes, our parking lot can accommodate approximately 60 cars.
Yes the couple can bring their pet to be a part of their special day for a fee.
