Our guests have access to the entire 9 acre estate, which includes:

Two nights in the historic farmhouse for up to 35 overnight guests

Two nights in the private Honeymoon Cottage

Exclusive use of the event barn and ceremony site

Ceremony arbor and guest seating

Tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception

Dinnerware, glassware, and flatware

Onsite parking for your guests and with a parking attendant

Dishwasher

Firewood for the outdoor fire pit

Planning support leading up to your wedding with day of coordination

On site venue management throughout your wedding day

We do not offer catering. We have a wonderful list of professionals that have can assist you to customize each to your liking and budget. We do carry a State of Maine Liquor License.

We do not require the use of our preferred vendors however vendors must be licensed and insured

Our barn can hold up to parties of 175 but we recommend keeping it at 150 or less.

The barn is fully heated.

We have 3 bathrooms in the barn with one being wheelchair accessible.

Our Farmhouse can accommodate approximately 35 guests. See our Farmhouse layout under to best understand how your loved ones will share the farmhouse.

All kitchens include items to cook, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, and dishes. No laundry on site. We do have hairdryers, steamers, irons, bedding, and towels.

We have a private Honeymoon Cottage on the property separate from the farmhouse

Rangeley offers a variety of hotels, bed and breakfast, inns, and many airbnb. See our Things To Do Page for additional lodging accommodations.

Rangeley requires all amplified music to end at the barn at 10:00PM.

Yes, our parking lot can accommodate approximately 65 cars. No shuttle needed

Yes, the couple can bring their pet to be a part of their special day for a fee. No other guest pets onsite please

There is no date too soon or too far. We will hold a date with deposit.
